POWs are NOT protected by our Constitution. Terrorists are not even covered by the Geneva Conventions as these apply to uniformed soldiers.<br> Go back to WWII. Can you imaging bringing home a million POWs and trying to run them through our court system? Are our soldiers supposed to stop in the middle of a battle to read them their Miranda rights, ducument the crime scene, collect evidence for the jury? You have got to be seriously kidding. Idiots all.
