If PEBO is going to close Gitmo and wants to treat the war on terror as a law enforcement issue. I suggest we send all the detainees to Joliet, IL. Better yet, lets divide the prisoners up and send them to all the states asking for a bailout. The funds we are spending to house the terrorist can be sent to the states so they actually earn the money that the tax payers will be paying.
