The libs would definitely declare the use of this device to be cruel and inhumane torture if used on the Islamofascists at Gitmo. I think it might even be more effective than waterboarding. On second thought, put the goons in one of these and then dunk the whole thing! Sounds fair to me. After all, you would be tempering torture with physical therapy.
