Have you ever thought why we keep them at Guantanamo Bay and not in the United States? The clear answer is that the United States is trying to do things that would violate United States laws. The rule of law must be upheld. We are a nation of laws, not of men. If you feel the laws are wrong, we need to change the laws, not just move our otherwise illegal activity somewhere else.
