Todd,<br> Why should the landlord lower the rental agreement just because your business isn't doing so well? I'm not sure what kind of business you ran, but I have never walked into a convenience store and seen someone try to buy a candy bar for less than the sticker price by saying, "Look, I know the candy bar costs $1.30, but I only have $0.85 in my pocket. Will you take that?"
