"I try to buy my goods at the lowest possible cost." If you buy the lowest cost goods, or get the cheapest services that is what you end up with. Cheap goods and services. Wal-Mart sells cheap clothes that don't last for a little less than you can buy good clothes that will last. The terrain is littered with stores and manufacturers that Wal-Mart has put out of business.<br> <br> Neal is right we need to shop locally owned. If you go to quality local businesses and buy quality merchandise you will save in the long run.
