Boortz asked: "He also wants new computers and new training for teachers. And just how does THAT stimulate our economy?" The real question is who's economy is being stimulated by such spending, since we don't seem to make anything here in the USA anymore. The answer: CHINA's economy!!! But do worry, we can just borrow the money back later.
