Neal, Georgia has a similar program that I'm a member of. The air conditioner is cycled on and off, not just turned off for the day. It only minimally impacts the temperature in the house, the most I've seen is a 2 degree rise. Plus they pay you if/when they shut off your air conditioner. By James
