...keeping taxes AND spending low is the *only* way it will work. Bush forgot that, and only had half the equation right - tax cuts. But tax cuts MUST BE COUPLED WITH low spending.<br> <br> And an extra dose of pox on those who think taxing "the rich" and spending a trillion or so dollars, will fix what's wrong with this country.
