In a similar vein, my former elementary school's mascot was the Warrior for decades. Found out recently that they are now the C.C. Wells Wildcats.<br> <br> Students start "World Languages" in Kindergarten and the only "World Language" offered is Spanish. My 5 year old brother is learning Spanish everyday when government-educated people today cannot even speak English well. But thank God we're not offending any Native Americans with our mascot anymore!
