Neal, in all seriousness, my wife got hers done four years ago. <br> <br> Us guys are, well, guys. We are simple, single minded creatures. We do not realize how much self-esteem a woman attaches to her looks. My wife has completely changed (for the better) since having hers done. She feels better about herself and is much more confident. She is doing things (like getting a professional job instead of a service industry job) that she would have never done before. She is much more outgoing and extroverted.<br> <br> I am proud of her and we both have no regrets about having gone through with the surgery.
