Okay, so, I voted for The Other Guy. Not because I liked him, but more because I knew that The One didn't have the experience necessary to lead as president.<br> <br> When he won the election, I consoled myself with the thought that, perhaps, because he was so inexperienced, he might bring on real subject matter experts to fill in for his short comings. <br> <br> Then he chose Hillary Clinton for SecState.<br> <br> And now Leon Panetta for Director of CIA? <br> <br> Certainly, Langley needs someone with decent management experience. But they need someone with *intelligence management* experience. There are more assets on the books than simply money and, as a "consumer", has no clue how to manage them. <br> <br> Worse, he's an outsider. In a community where the motto is "Trust But Verify," that's going to be yet another problem for the Administration.
