I've heard Neal talk about closing residential house loans, having a tape recorder running and saying to the buyer "Do you realize that if you don't pay the mortgage, you WILL be kicked out of the house?" "Yes"<br> <br> Also ask "Do you realize this is an area near a military base and airport, and there may be low-flying, loud airplanes and helicopters flying in and out at any time of day or night, and one could even crash on your house?"<br> <br> I recall maybe early '80's a jet from Dobbins AFB crashed into an apartment complex in the I75/I285 area. That area has done nothing but grow in population ever since, and there was even an recent air show at Dobbins!
