C'mon, we all know that any time some entity (U.N.) created by any government has anything to do with it, it's going to be a dog and pony show. Hell, were probably headed for another ice age instead.<br> I think, as the largest species of polluters, killing off ocean reefs etc., we'd be better served to concentrating on making sure our oceans will be able to provide food for our children and grandchildren.<br> Oh, by the way folks, it's NEVER about the MONEY.
