What happened to the Airport Trust Fund? You know, the one that you and I pay into every time we buy a ticket or a gallon of aviation fuel? I'll tell you, the same thing that happened to Social Security, it was used to offset the shortfalls in the General Fund. That is tantamount to theft, but we never hear about it.
