I have a conservative, right-wing conspiracy theory about this guy. I believe that this is Neal himself posting these just to make things interesting, otherwise we'd get bored. Surely there really isn't a person as brainless as this running around with a keyboard? If so, perhaps they drooled on the keys and shorted out the period...hence the commas everywhere!
