I have a dream, where all office parties have an open bar!!<br> <br> It's a bureaucracy that is partially funded by the government. So it makes sense that they inherit some of the wasteful habits of their benefactor. Similar to how children inherit some of the same habits and mannerisms as their parents. ...but does that mean government christmas parties are all open bar? I am suddenly motivated to run for public office!
