I have an employee whose wife is a payroll clerk at the local community college. Two weeks ago he informs me that his wife and the other full time staff at this college will all receive a $2000.00 christmas bonus. I couldn't believe my ears. Yesterday he starts ranting that her christmas parties are better than ours because they have an open bar...open bar? I couldn't have heard that correct. Over 200 employees and their spouses boozing it up at taxpayer's expense. Unbelievable.
