It's the UAW that is killing the auto industry. I worked for a staffing company and we were forced to hire union workers in order to obtain contracts with the client. You wouldn't believe the packages that these union workers got just to do sub-par work and file grievances all day long. I'm not saying that this is the attitude of every union member but it sure was the attitude of the majority that I encountered.<br> <br> Unions were needed when there weren't any labor laws protecting workers. They no longer serve the worker, they just enable a poor attitude and strangle the industy they represent
