Not to lack compassion for the homeless, but doesn't it seem a bit strange the comment that some lenders are paying homeless people to live in foreclosed residences as a security measure. The original owner is not permitted to live there because they owe money, but others with no investment in the house are paid to stay there because someone needs to be in the house.
