I read that in California, we pay 18 billion for state Medicaid, 56 Billion in WELFARE, and 9 billion in road work. Hmm... I see where Cali can get a stimulus, and it isn't the roads. I know that poor people need SOME help, but when Uncle Arnold can't pay his bills, he needs to stop paying yours first!
