The governors ought to realize that any money the federal gives to their state will come with restrictions that violate the rights of said state. What happened to the federalism system that's enshrined in our Constitution? Just look at the unconstitutional department of education that dictates to states what they can and cannot do. The states ought to reject all federal money and go back to doing it their own way.
