No mention of the Palin effect on this race? Over the weekend, Chambliss is up by 4 points in most polls. Neal predicts a 7 point victory. <br> <br> Sarah flies in on Monday and makes four appearances for Saxby. He wins by 15 points.Please do not say that Palin does not motivate the Republican base because there's the evidence to prove she can get the vote out. Chambliss didn't get this late surge on his own.
