A fine example of how detached from reality BHO and the Democrats are.<br> <br> Med students already "give back to the community" when working their rotations during the last 2 years of med school. Their rigorous studies leave no time for anything else. When they are residents they spend 4 or 5 years, 80+ a week, in the clinics and state hospitals (where the people with no health insurance can already go) for chicken feed pay.<br> <br> There are already volunteer rescue squads where EMTs and paramedics "give back to the community". There are also free clinics across the country where nurses and other medical professions do volunteer. <br> <br> As usual, our righteous windbag Barry is just spouting off more BS.
