Whatever charitable organization is propping this chic up should have refused to give her any help unless she had her tubes tied.<br> <br> Don't have children you can't afford. Don't have children if you have no job or spouse with a job. It's criminal that you're bringing children into this world knowing you can't provide for their needs without picking someone else's pocket.
