Since when is failing to honor contracts good capitalism? Were these union contracts forced upon the companies by government? If so, then screw 'em. But if they signed those contracts willingly then, while bankruptcy may be a legal way out, it isn't moral.<br> <br> Does anybody know the details of the signing of these union contracts?
