I'll raise the BS flag on the government seizing anyone's 401K. Now if people are stupid enough to voluntarily give up their 401K or pension in exchange for some SS stipend, then that's their problem. So let's stop this ridiculous panic mongering about the government seizing 401K's. That's a lwasuit the DOJ will not win.
