A simple low tech device has been found that could eradicate the AIDS virus! Without being too technical, it is called a "zipper". When kept in the up position, it provides 100% protection against the AIDS virus. Introducing the zipper, along with thorough instructions in all local languages would probably be cheaper than all the other programs to date!
