I worked in a GM plant from 1975 until 1987. The culture of "doing the least possible" is evident in both union and non-union positions in the plant. The man who swept the cafeteria was considered an oracle for his knowledge of how to get away with doing nothing.<br> <br> This company is doomed for failure.
