I get all my news from the internet. But unlike news rags, I fact check all the information. The papers expect you to take their pabulum as God's honest truth and if you dare post a rebuttal on the internet, you are demonized as an "armchair journalist" or simply discounted as a journalist at all.<br> <br> News is business. And the "professional journalists" have shown just how far in the bag they are for all events that promote bigger government, or contains elements of fire, flood or human misery.<br> <br> I am officially finished with newsprint. Murray Rothbard said once that libel laws should be repealed. That way everyone would become suspect of un-sourced information contained in the news.
