I find internet based stories to be a more reliable source because my sources do not try to mask their bias.<br> <br> Newspapers such as the New York Times have lost my confidence because they try to present themselves as neutral when they are anything but that. The local fishwrap seems to lag a day or more behind the internet. Most readers are capable of separating the news element from the bias. In my case, I frequently laugh out loud at the most biased comments. I'll go to the linked source to confirm facts and frequently seek multiple sources. I can't do that with print.
