First, start by raising the voting age to 23 or 24. This step would effectively put an end to the Democrat Party's quadrennial practice of politically seducing naive youngsters on college campuses.<br> <br> Secondly, grant voting privileges (I agree with you, Neil...it's not a RIGHT) only to people who've actually paid federal taxes in the last 2 out of<br> 3 years.<br> <br> These two simple recommendations should<br> effectively put the Democrat Party out of business in much of the United States.
