I just love stories of entrepreneurship, so I'll share one with you.
His name is Angelo Hernandez. He lives in Jacksonville, Florida ... near the beach. Every single morning he gets up before the sunrise. He checks the weather .. and if the weather is good he grabs a camera and heads to the beach. Why? He wants to catch a picture of the sunrise. Hernandez will tell you that he used to watch the sunrise from construction jobs up and down Jax Beach ... so he decided to start taking pictures.
OK, so far so good. But I want you to sit there for a second or two and try to figure out just how this can lead to making money. I mean, anyone can take a picture of a sunrise, right?
Well .. I found out when Angelo sent me one of his pictures in a nice frame. This particular sunrise picture was date-stamped June 28, 2009. That is a picture of the sunrise over the Atlantic on the day my granddaughter was born. A new life - a new day - a new sunrise. Now you just tell me that you wouldn't like to have a picture of the sunrise on the day you were born .. or your child or grandchild. Well ... if the particular sunrise you're interested in happened after the Summer of 2004 ... and if the weather was halfway decent ... you're in luck.
