Yesterday I told you about Chicago's Thug Mayor Richard Daley, who blames the shooting at Fort Hood on "America's love of guns."  Thought you might enjoy this reaction from a listener.  John says: Blaming guns for killing people is like blaming dollar bills for insanely spending themselves in Washington on entitlement programs.

Absolutely.  But I'm sure that these politicians in Washington who are bankrupting this country and your grandchildren's futures .. I am sure they will find a way to blame it on the dollars themselves rather than just simply looking in a mirror.

Another listener .. this time on Twitter ... said that if guns kill people then pencils misspell words.  That about wraps it up.

This is for all the managers and business owners out there. Anyone in a position to have employees under them. We're doing something fun on the air today. We want to hear your stories of dumb things employees have done either on the job or during an interview. You can't all get on the air to tell your stories, so tell 'em in the comments!

Just to start you off, Neal told the story of someone he knew that would have a ruler, a pen and a piece of paper at every interview. He'd ask the applicant to draw a 6" line. You can't even imagine how many applicants that actually weeded out.
